Are you saying that he is a "scammer" ... The OP is an established webmaster, this is just a plain overkill...
Anybody here from Epoch??? Maybe they should comment. Verotel is just as established as Epoch and yes, initially they have put us "thru the ringer" ( back in 2006) as expected, but since they have not bothered us.
