Another review on amazon

"This is no "literary thriller". Jessica Teich did not know Lacey Cooper-Reynolds, and appeared to have researched and wrote about her life and suicide for selfish reasons. Mainly, she wanted to imagine that Ms. Cooper-Reynolds may have been fighting the same demons she had fought, and thus she could talk about herself some more! The first five sections of this book were nothing but the writings of a self-absorbed, self-pitying woman, who obviously thought her suffering was so special that readers would never tire of reading about all she had suffered and all she had feared. It never ends until the sixth and final part of the book. It is in that part of the memoir that Ms. Teich finally stopped talking about herself, stopped obsessing about herself, stopped making herself out to be a perpetual hurt child. She finally turned outward enough to make herself seem like a sensible and sane woman, who was truly capable of fully focusing on others. That means 48 chapters of this book are a wasteland and only eight are worth reading."
