I can't afford a new pair right now.
I only have one pair of pants and I don't wear underware due to medical advice.

When I am walking you can't really see anything and it's fine but sometimes I get a stiffie and the tip can point through a bit.
The biggest problem is then I sit down or crouch. My penis can almost push through the hole.

Should I be worried or is it cool?
