The only meat that has minimum smell for humans is a pork meat. Do you know why?
BTW, why you say you don't see turkey in Spain? Isn't it popular there or what? For example, in my country you can buy anything you want (even frog or kangaroo meat for food perverts) including Spanish Jamon which is officially forbidden for import by Putin's counter sanctions, but is always available in the meat stores

You can buy it, but usually frozen. Only see a few whole birds at xmas, probably for the xpats.
You see alot of processed cooked turkey breast, but I dont eat that shit, it's all water and salt.
Lamb/mutton can have a strong smell, depends how old it is, it's the fat rather than the meat.
