Military officers have the constitutional right to disobey the president? Since when?
I know in certain circumstances a junior officer can remove a senior office by declaring him unfit for duty, usually mentally unfit. That doesn't apply to the President. I believe the cabinet can do this to the President, but that's highly unlikely being as everyone in the cabinet was hand picked by Trump himself.
