sure its cheaper than places like Amsterdam, London, Paris,Frankfurt, but over there you usually also earn more, so...also, saw many flats in some rural France rent/ buy that were actually in similar prices like in Poland...
comparing rent and house prices in UK and Poland, yeah Poland its cheaper I guess **usually**, but it also depends what where etc.
Ukraine is cheap, yeah, thats true. still ;-)
