I stand to traditional French menu for Christmas:

Foie gras d'oie with sweet white Sauternes
Magret de canard with red Saint-Emilion
Plateau de fromages with red Beaujolais
Bûche de Noël with Champagne

Café with Cognac, Armagnac or Alcool de Poire
