Actually that's a great question! And this is where I bring a woman's responsibility into it. No, a guy is not usually going to ask "Do you want me to stop?" because he doesn't want to stop. So it is the woman's responsibility at that point to say STOP.
A lot of the allegations coming out now, years later, are because women felt at the time that they could not just say STOP. They were afraid of ruining their careers, etc. But a woman has to make a decision right there and then that NO means NO and STOP means STOP and her career be damned.
Easy for me to say I understand. But when it comes to celebrities these women also have to get over their star struck state and keep their wits about them. No going to the celeb's hotel room or apartment alone at night, etc.
