Hmm... So you want the US nation to be eliminated? The moto Russian ICBM forces is "nobody after us" and they really have means to burn out a whole planet a few times. I bet the US president is not stupid like you to exchange a whole American nation (including himself and his family members) and nations of all NATO countries for some aircraft carrier battle group.
FYI: according to the Russian military doctrine, the ultrasonic cruise missiles with tactical nukes are the only weapon that should be used against the US aircraft carriers (this is written here). There will be no "if", because military people don't ask questions. Period
