steve believes in gang logic/values and the right of the stronger party to bully the weak for financial interest...for example if country x does not want to sell resource y to the USA he believes it is his right as a gang member to invade...
example of steve logic:
little girl has a bicycle...daquan is big and strong but does not have a bicycle...daquan beats up little girl and takes her bicycle...little girl gets gun to protect herself from daquan...daquan get super pissed because he is the only one who should own a gun
