You didn't metion this in your first post
Well Super Mario Odyssey is great for all ages. Easy to finish the levels but hard if you're going for 100% and to finish all the side challenges and stuff.
In 2018 there is both a new Yoshi and Kirby game coming which are kid friendly and you can't go wrong with multiplayer games like Mario Kart and Splatoon 2.
