it is very logic - because those are brands
but if someone is just searching for the key "porn" he does not say that he wants porn videos or porn pictures - he even did not say that he wants porn at all.
in such cases google MUST show him nonadult results because if not they will get under fire from the youth protectors.
UNWANTED CONFRONATION is the magic word and google needs arguments that they do all to prevent it. if not they would collide with nearly EVERY law in the world.
that have nothing to do with freedom of speech because every freedom ends where it
effects the freedom of others.
in that case we are talking about children who not even have this right to decide what they want to see. the parents have this right and they are the problem.
imagine you are the judge here and someone would work with the following argument:
if a 10 year old boy or girl have heard the word porn and want to know what it is - should the be porn movies as a first result or a word definition?
if google does not change itīs semantic they will be blocked soon in every country in the world - and that would be the end of google.
so to complain it is not the solution. you have to swim with the stream and the circumstances because users who WANT porn will always find it.
not one government in the world and no childprotector is so stupid to make the darknet famous by making it the one and only place to get porn. the problem there would be a MUCH bigger one.
