This is most interesting.
Prosecutors built a case around how this man intentionally shot and killed a complete stranger for no reason. The defense claims he picked up a handgun he found, and he it went off in his hand striking and killing the woman - rather, striking the pier and then hitting the woman.
Seems to me the Prosecutors should have gone for involuntary manslaughter.
