There is MPA3 that does pretty much what ((((NATS)))) does, but without anally raping you for money when they feel like it.
NATS has a shit ton of customization (that's confusing and that i dont need) but they charge a premium price. I've been meaning to jump over to MPA3 for some time now, but just too lazy to go thru with it. meh
