CCBill uses Bank of America (or did before we switched from wire to ACH).
Not saying BoA is against adult, but there could be more at play here than simple 'reputational risk'. Possibly a combination of Verotel processing for adult and being a foreign-owned company plus sending tons of payments on a regular basis may have pinged BoA's risk management in a bad way.
