Let me clarify it for you: I was saying that YES...the parks were open BEFORE Pres. Obama did the land grab. And YES, they are still open now...and YES, they will still be open afterwards.
Pretty sure I said that over and over. But you were focusing in on whatever your own thoughts are on this matter?
Anyway, the point is and shall remain: It was a Federal land grab of enormous proportions done by the stroke of Pres. Obama's pen mis-using the Antiquity's Act.
You can't tell me that any sane person really believes that millions of acres of LAND is a "monument".
A "monument" is something like The Washington Monument. Or the Lincoln Monument.
A "monument" has never been and never will be...a bunch of land.
That was my point all along. The Feds taking over the state's land is not the way the govt. is SUPPOSED to work.
What Trump did was restore the land to the state of Utah where it rightfully should be.
You may disagree with that. You may think it's great for the bureaucrats in Washington D.C. to just TAKE that land from the state of Utah.
And that is a valid disagreement.
