My first thought. But you can?t blame people for being skeptical due to fraud and abuse.
He bought a house and has enough cash for the future, a shave and haircut, clothing and @ car. Hopefully he can get recertification as a paramedic. He?ll donate carefully, hopefully find a financial planner, and keep giving back.
It?s a feel-good story that is just beginning. But the bottom line is he was homeless, depressed, begging so he could eat, yet deep inside he was so kind and thoughtful that he gave $20 ? probably a days? meals plus ? to simply help a stranger.
