well in 1948 there was a shit ton of jewish refugees in the area called palestine, and the jews all made up 1/3 of the population with refugees included...whether western colonialists consider palestine "real" or not is a moot point...the point is only 1/3 of the population were jews and of those 1/3 a huge % were refugees...now look at the map...they have waaaaaaaaaaaaay more than 1/3 of the territories...
