No, his point was that it really doesn't matter what ANY president does deaths will follow because it is a complicated situation that no ONE man can solve. I can't say what he did was a good thing or a horrible thing, i'm just not that familiar, but I do know that the US doesn't have much in the way of influence in aiding in the aim for peace in this region if anything it is the opposite--as no matter what they do it antagonizes someone.
