Take into account the relentless harassment, demonizing and bashing of him in the media 24/7, and those numbers are still insanely high. Not one other president in history had the whole establishment controlled mainstream media bashing him for 2 years straight.
Maybe he should bomb the middle east again as per the establishments war agenda, so CNN and and the leftists can praise him for 2 weeks again.
