What a poetic and comforting thought, this unelected EU dictator is referring to the army of the 4th reich as a slumbering beast.
He also mentions something which is an example about how democratic the EU is: The Lisbon Treaty. That's EU law the people in my country overwhelmingly voted against in a referendum in 2005. We, the citizens, didn't want it. Yet they shoved it down our throats anyway, they just changed the name to "Lisbon Treaty". Fuck you once again, citizens.
