No, he is not a real Serb by any means, whatever that he is saying. Favorizing Muslims and hating the USA he sounds like the regular member of IS to me.
There are no Muslim Serbs. They can be citizens of Serbia, but they are secretly hoping that Turks will overtake region once again.
During the 500 years of Ottman rule, many people were Islamized by force. These are Muslims in Balkans, nothing more, nothing less. Simple as that. Ottomans (Turks) were using the same principles as Islamic state recently did. You will pay a high tax for being a Christian, you will change religion to Muslim or be killed.
Serbs paid a high price for standing in front of Europe and fighting Muslims multiple times in history. So the fake nations like Bosnians or whatever they are calling themselves are just descendants of Islamized population after the Ottoman conquest. This is why they look like other Europeans, you can't make a difference by skin color or look.

Reliable historical accounts of the battle are scarce. The bulk of both armies were wiped out in the battle; both Lazar and Murad lost their lives in it. Although Ottomans managed to annihilate the Serbian army, they also suffered high casualties which delayed their progress. The Serbs were left with too few men to effectively defend their lands, while the Turks had many more troops in the east. Consequently, one after the other, the Serbian principalities that were not already Ottoman vassals became so in the following years.
