Ending net neutrality (a socialist endeavor) is a step in the right direction. They need to keep deregulating in the ISP/cable space, though. This will allow for competition, which is the driving force of innovation, better pricing, service, support, etc..
So, when some major ISP starts catering to only the 1%, other opportunity-seekers (business owners) will see a massive opportunity to address economic demand. This fact alone will prevent said ISP corp from acting against the interest of consumers.

Your mind is fucked.
"This fact alone will prevent said ISP corp from acting against the interest of consumers."
You must not live in America. ISP's were blocking others platforms & services, ignoring consumer demand, then net neutrality began and all that stopped, now net neutrality is repealed, so the games will Begin Again and certain sites and certain platforms will be slower or free or cost more depending on your ISP.
I can't believe you don't know these basics that's true fucking ignorance right there on your part. No offense
