You must not be American. Before Net Neutrality the big providers were blocking services and platforms from other providers.
Now that net neutrality has been repealed they're going to do it again. This is why some providers are offering free Netflix or free HBO because the other providers are going to try to throttle the service or platform. So now what you get is consumers forced to use a mobile service or ISP that doesn't throttle their favorite platform. Complete bullshit! We are fucked.
