Vacares Support - Best Ever
Vacares Support Story with a funny in the middle of it...
So last night my wife was setting up her email on her phone... and we all know women right? You give them a password, they copy paste and forget forever.
So I am in the bedroom going over settings and stuff with her and after 30 minutes or so we decided to figure it out another time.
Back to my office I go, make an edit to a file and upload to the server. pfffffffffffffffft! Your server has rejected you. Ok.. weird.
I go to the web and type in my site... server not responding, even though every other site on the web works.
Ping... I get nothing.
iPhone text messages:
Hey Sly... my server is dead. (phil-flash)
On it! (Sly)
Some blah blah blah, and 8 minutes later they come back and tell me that my wife tried to login to her email 10 times in 6 minutes. LOL And that the server blocked our IP.
Sounds silly, but I just wanted to let you all know that my server with Vacares is SECURE AS HELL and via a couple of text messages and a support ticket, I was "un banned" from my server within 10 minutes.
Best support ever, and I have been doing this for 15 years now.
