They can't help. The passphrase is encrypted on my browser so they can't do anything about it. I thought at the time it was a wallet fuck up. I still do. I cut and pasted the passphrase to start the wallet, but failed to do a test send to make sure it worked. That was lesson number one about passphrases. I sent the entire amount then discovered the passphrase didn't work. I've tried 40-leven different permutations of the passphrase but no joy. I've got till December 31 to figure it out.
