I think I've been fucked by a large buyer of our US/Canadian exit traffic. He's overdue for our last invoice, and he's not answering my emails or phone calls.

But, my loss could be your gain. I've got about 75K-100K/day of US/Canadian IPs exit traffic. That's unique counts, not raws. Unique to raw ratio is 64%. Rate is $5.00/thousand, or a little less if you want to take it all. (For the math challenged, that works out to about $3.20cpm raw.)
