Yet another bump. Thought about starting a separate thread about this because I'd really like to add a pop-up "Adults Only" warning on my blogs but haven't found a good solution. There are some paid options on Envato but those are paid for one site only and I have multiple sites and would like to buy one plugin to use for all of them. Free would be good too!
The Jerry Wood plugin ("Content Warning") may have some SEO issues according to someone on the support forum.
