I am sorry folks. But this person seems like an extremely disturbed individual that needs some serious help. I can't even take the transgender claim seriously with all the facial hair. The heroin addiction is the real kicker though.
OP, I suggest you try asking for some help on getting clean. Honestly, I am not sure what kind of world you are living in, but your site is a mess.
