Interestingly enough, that kind of thing with the adult industry happens all the time. Remember when Bank of America (I think it was BOA at least) started close all the accounts of adult companies that used them? I remember a few checks bouncing and some issues because of this. I also remember someone (this is a while ago) rending an office in a building and then the landlord found out they were an adult company and tried to throw them out.
I personally opened a bank account at Washington Mutual and when they found out I was in the adult business they started putting holds on the checks I deposited and wouldn't allow the funds to be made available until they were certain the checks had cleared.
