Mid-way thru dinner, we walked next door to pick up the cake I had ordered. As we walked back in the pizza place I notice a sign that says "cash only" - it was explained to me that it was a mob owned place.

It doesn't sound like Rochard is getting involved with delivery; I suspect Dash and Postmates might hit them up to deliver for them.
