It wasn't. Nobody here in a sane mind is interested in weak USA. I won't explain all reasons "why", but tell you the simplest one: Russia does keep a lot of money in $USD and it holds a part of the US national debt (yes, a number of American asses are belong to us). So nobody wants to lose the profit.
P.S. The picture says that Putin is scared of Navalny and that's 100% true. Putin is a coward. He is not a dictator. He is a weak old man with serious mental problems.
