in fact all attributes we know are based on an existing opposite. i call it the zero-theory where the sum of positive and negative must be always zero.

stress comes up when you do not have identified the positive in a circumstance.
if you see a piece of dog shit on the street you can be afraid to step in or you take it home, put it in your garden and fertilize a tree with it.
