He's a dumb piece of shit and people like him need to be kept out of government. There has to be some kind of screening put in place which requires an IQ test and psychological evaluation to weed out morons and sociopaths...and also an age cutoff to keep old white racists away from where our laws are made. (and out of the White House).
Holy fuck this shit should be so easy but our government is filled with the wrong kind of people.
