It's entirely likely many more people have worked out deals and thrown Trump under the bus... Just like George Papadopoulos - someone we have never heard of... Small people who when faced with going to prison for a decade or working out a deal will quickly work out a deal.
It's just like what they did with the Mafia. Take out the small people first and threaten them with prison. Eventually people will turn.
