Litvinienko... yes. maybe - he has officially said that Putin is a pedophile and I believe it could be a good personal reason to kill him. But all other people were not killed by Putin's order. I know that Putin was real mad when Nemtsov
was killed by Chechens - the guys were arrested and tortured (

was killed by Chechens as well. You give too much credit to Vladimir. He's a KGB member and he does it a different way. He puts his opponents into a prison via fake criminal cases (read about Alexei Navalny and his brother Oleg). This is his way/signature/a method of doing with people who he's afraid of. He does not kill. He uses Russian "legal system".

As about the mentioned killed persons. Everyone here is aware who did that. But believe me or not, Putin is afraid of that man. He would like to get rid of him, but he can't. He's weak.
