On one of the Note 4 telephones I had I was able to do this and then I had garbage telephones with low resolution for a long time and I couldn't do that anymore
Meanwhile now I have a Note 5 and so I should be able to do this now

What it is is I set up the outside triangles to go to previous or next file
Then the inside triangles they are set to fast forward or rewind 4 seconds
On the Note 4 when I swiped down the notification taskbar BAM it had four triangles right in the taskbar without windowing over to the player

Now it looks like I can never do that again
Is there a fix for that?
