Just read this this morning. I think it's an amazing idea. I kinda sorta get the idea that even he thinks Brexit is a bad idea, and that he no longer wants it either. If another referendum is held, he'll pretend to fight it, maybe not as well, and hope to lose. This way at least he can claim he did his best.
