Too much hassle for them cutting checks for low amounts?
Safe guarding from fly by spammers/low quality accounts just for ad money?
By the way - how much would one make with 4000 hours of watch time? I mean would it even be worth anything?

40.000 viewers of 6 min video.
240.000 viewers of 1 min video.
How much in each case?
Or maybe you would need more than those assuming not everybody watch full video, if only actual viewing time counts.
