I'm quite certian at least Robbie will be in 100% agreement as he said many times here on gfy, that any deals that can't get done in Congress are the Presidents fault due to failure to lead..
This is a perfect example, because Congress did have a deal, but Trump refused it, now he's shut the govt down..
