Educate yourself. We have had tactical nukes since the development of the M65 .280 MM atomic cannon, which was a towed artillery piece built by the United States and capable of firing a nuclear device. It was developed in the early 1950s, at the beginning of the Cold War, and fielded, by 1953, in Europe and South Korea.

We have an arsenal of "mini nukes". Including the Neutron Bomb.

We are now going to build a new type of nuke and a cleaner type of nuke.
