What we really need is a 9 mm nuke. Something we can fire out of a pistol at some fuck in a drive-by. I mean the 2nd amendment is practically demanding it. If we all had nukes, then there would be no crime only good manners and happy people. I'm thinking GoFundMe. Who's onboard with this?
