Yes, of course I read the article I linked to. Clearly you did not.
They are not getting a new place for production, but for corporate staff. All production is being moved to the US. Their production facility is not worth upgrading because the cost of manufacturing here is too high due to the cost of electricity, taxes and regulations.
And your opinion on the quality of their product is irrelevant.
