I actually had this situation a few years back, moved to the Gold Coast in Aus for year. Our son got friendly with another kid in the apartment block, meet the mother, she was very nice, solo mom 2 kids, bit of a hottie but nothing special.
Sometime later, I'm in this news agency looking at pc mags of course ;) and I spotted a dirty meetup mag, with a pic on the front of what looked like the mother of these kids, I picked it up and opened it, and fuck it was her full spread with gaping cunt hehehe It had a call and leave a message number, so I called it and sure enough her voice.. just hung up.
I never said anything, didn't look at her the same again, more my own guilt than anything she had done.
