24 million will buy a lot of ice bags to throw in an igloo cooler before each flight. How about just packing some peanut butter and a loaf of bread? The nigga probably loads the plane up with KFC before it takes off any way. Hell, for 24 million they should be able to buy a whole other plane specifically used to do mid air docks with air force one. Deliver whatever fast food he wants right down a refueling tube. Still save a few bucks.
