The interstate toll deal has been a plan for many years. They want to privatize the interstates and charge tolls. It was part of the plan when they started pushing to allow Mexican truckers into/through the US. The main interstate arteries would be privatized and expanded upon that way.
Pence is the man behind this right now.. When you cross over the bridge from Indiana to Louisville KY on I65 you will see a bunch of toll signs but no actual toll booths. The last time I came through which I do pretty often I figured they haven't finished up and haven't set the toll booths up yet so I kept on rolling. About a month later I get a bill in the mail. So it's 100% unmanned tolls via pictures. The toll is for the bridge to cross the river on 65 only.. If you want to bypass the toll/cross the river another way expect about a 10 minute detour.. I think the bill was for about $7-$8 to cross the bridge... At least via mail/ransom anyway.

Trump's Infrastructure Plan Is Actually Pence's—And It's All About Privatization
Oh and BTW it's actually similar to the UN Agenda 21 plan with National Parks. It might even actually be Agenda 21. I think it was for sure part if NAFTA though. But in any case that's where foreign entities generally are the recipients of the contracts. Most of our National Parks now contracted by foreign entities/trusts. They collect all the fees and supposedly use the fees to maintain. The trusts are usually some World leader Btw.
Simply put, it isn't Trumps idea, it's been in the works for many years.. There's already a big nice costly bridge built as proof it has.. Actually back in the day most bridges were built by companies/individuals. The bridge down the street from me was built by Dupont. Eads Bridge in STL was built by Andrew Carnegie. Just a few examples.
