My guess is that it's misleading and an attempt to make the FBI look bad. Outstanding. This is an obvious attempt at obstruction of justice - an attempt to get the FBI to back off of this investigation. The FBI can then investigate Nunes. He was part of the Trump transition team, and was already involved in an odd situation where he was shown confidential information he shouldn't have. We should investigate his involvement in all of this.
