For Airbnb, you need to contact the host (owner/property manager) directly.
I have been successful with short term stays (1 week) and long term visits. I cannot tell you how much to counter offer for the particular properties you have in mind, as season, number of alternative properties, etc come into consideration. Personally I have reduced the rate from 25-50%.
