The memo doesn't change or alter the investigation at all. That was never the intent of the memo. The memo was written and released only to change the way Americans view the investigation, to imply this was a political witch hunt.
Carter Page was under investigation long before Trump announced he was running for President. Even without the dossier there still would have been an investigation. If it wasn't due to Carter Page, it would have been because of George Papadopoulos and his actions in London.
There is still so much more we don't know. Why was Flynn having conversations with the Russian government, and what did they discuss? Sessions too. Sessions claims he met with the Russian government as part of his work on the Committee on Armed Services, yet NO ONE else from this committee ever met with anyone from the Russian government.
There is so much we do not know. There are other people - so called "coffee boys" like Carter Page and George Papadopoulos that we never heard of - that are a part of this that flip.
