a) you let them take their kids. (which would happen most of the time)
b) if they are cold hearted and choose to abandon their kinds (very rare cases) - you give them up to the system (group home/adoption/whatever)

Alongside with changing the ridiculous amendment - kids of illegals should not be granted citizenship, this is simply ridiculous and illogical.
